Putin: Putin visits Crimea on anniversary of its annexation from Ukraine

Putin arrived in crimea on an unannounced visit to mark the ninth anniversary of the annexation of the peninsula from Ukraine. He was greeted by the Russian-installed governor of Sevastopol, and taken to see a new children's centre and art school on what the official said was a surprise visit. The international criminal court said it had issued an arrest warrant against him and accused him of the war crime of illegally deporting hundreds of children from Ukraine.

NATO ex-commander suggests Ukraine army to blow up Crimea bridge in order to unlink Moscow

General Philip Breedlove, who served as NATO's supreme allied commander in Europe from 2013 to 2016, termed the Kerch Strait bridge crucial for Russia as it would use it to supply more lethal weapons to Ukraine. Breedlove underscored that the Western countries have provided enough military equipment support to Ukraine and added that he believes Moscow has every reason to be worried about Ukraine launching an attack.
