Hackers can gain access to select smartphones from Samsung, Vivo and in-house Pixel smartphones that have as many as 18 0-day vulnerabilities. These vulnerabilities are linked to devices with the Samsung-made Exynos chip.
The handset will arrive as a successor to the Galaxy A23. It has scored 561 points in the single-core round and 1943 multi-core segment. Rumours suggested that Samsung will use an Exynos 7904 processor on the galaxy A24.
Reports suggest that there is a Galaxy S22 FE coming in the next few months. The phone is now rumoured to launch with a 108MP rear camera and an Exynos 2300 4nm chip. Tipster RGCloudS says that the Galaxy S23 FE could replace the Galaxy A74, which has been cancelled.
A leakster revealed that the leakster is disappointed with the performance of the in-house chipset in the Galaxy S22 smartphones. The leak comes two months after Qualcomm nearly confirmed all the phones will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 platform.
The S23 will be the 2022 flagship series, and the business is apparently working on smartphones. The South Korean tech giant will debut three devices in the series, including the Galaxy S23, S23+ and S23 Ultra. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed that the S23 series will have only the flagship Snapdragon chip and there will be no Exynos version of the phone this time.
Samsung’s Galaxy S23 flagship series for 2023 could ditch Exynos chipsets entirely and switch to Qualcomm. This would mark a departure from the earlier strategy where Samsung launched the Qualcomm variants in the US and China, while markets like India usually got the ExynOS variants.
Samsung Galaxy S23 could feature SM8550 based on 4nm fabrication technology, developed by TSMC. Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says Qualcomm will be the only supplier of chipsets for the S23 series. There is a good chance that flagship smartphones from other companies like OnePlus, Xiaomi, Vivo and iQoo will also feature the SM6550.
