'waris Punjab De' chief and Khalistan sympathizer amritpal Singh is still on the run. The state has suspended all mobile internet, SMS, and dongle services in the state till 12 pm on march 20. A manhunt is currently on to nab radical sikh preacher Amritsar Singh.

Pro-Khalistan posters were found on a wall of Shri Kali Mata Temple in Patiala. Police arrested two men belonging to Salempur Sekhan village near Shambu for the crime. The duo, identified as Harwinder Singh, alias Prince, and Prem Singh, had pasted the posters.
Sangrur MP Simranjit Singh Mann openly backed the creation of a Sikhism-based theocratic nation of Khalistan. A statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Richmond Hill, Canada was vandalized by alleged pro-Khalistan supporters. The 5-metre tall statue is located at the Vishnu temple in the area of Yonge Street and Garden Avenue. Sikhs for Justice (SFJ)- an outfit that has been outlawed in India since 2019 is responsible for this incident.
Dal Khalsa launched a protest against the orders of PEPSU Road Transport Corporation (PRTC) to remove the pictures of Khalistan ideologue Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale and Jagtar Singh Hawara from government buses. The protest found support from the Akali Dal, SAD (Amritsar) and other Sikh groups.
Karnal police say they have arrested a Punjab-based man for his alleged involvement in writing pro-Khalistan slogans on the walls of two education institutions in the city. The arrested man has been identified as Manjeet of Duladi village in Patiala. The police said that another accused, Resham Singh, a resident of Barnala, was still at large.
Social media platform has complied with the final notice issued by the Ministry of Electronics and IT on June 27, an official source said on Monday. The government in May had asked Twitter to act on content related to Khalistan and accounts eulogising terrorists in Kashmir. Twitter declined to comment on the matter.
